Speaker 2:

That's good. So I'm going to cover how goals can be achieved with consistency, no matter how crazy your goal or dream seems. What causes inconsistency because, as we're always talking about, if you don't have the awareness to check in with yourself and really figure out what's going on, you can't make change. And, lastly, how to become more consistent, because once you identify the problem, then you know how to come up with a solution, right? So, first of all, how any goal can be achieved with consistency. So, taking me, for example, like I have a modeling career and I'm not your average model, I'm size eight, I am only a five eight in height, and that's more acceptable now. But when I started modeling, that wasn't acceptable. I was being told to lose weight, gain weight, whatever, but I kept checking in with myself and I knew I wanted to model and that wouldn't leave me, and so I consistently showed up. I would go and knock on modeling agencies doors and so many would be like no, thank you, or I would ask friends to refer me, or I would ask friends to refer me, or I would ask for tips on how to get into modeling or the different types of modeling, and consistently, every day. I like work towards it and I started to see progress. But then what happens and usually what kills a lot of consistency is the progress really started to slow down and I thought it was time to give up. But then, when I was ready to give up, I said to myself I don't know, I feel like I'm missing something. And I really sat down and wrote out everything I was doing, everything I could be doing, and I had to be honest, brutally honest Are you doing all the things? Are you doing them consistently? Some of them, I was, a lot of them I wasn't, and so I made the promise to myself for a year I'm going to be consistent with this list that I made and see if I book anything and see if the work keeps coming in. If it does, I'll stay. If it doesn't, I'm not meant to do this and I'm going back to be a teacher.

Speaker 2:

And within months I had another agency Under. Armor was my first modeling client. I booked the travel channel. I was a travel channel host and the modeling jobs kept coming. And now I've worked with so many different brands and it's been exciting, but it wasn't because I was the best model. I'm not the best model. I'm not. There are models that are much better than me. It's because I was consistent. I'm telling you, consistency is so much more important than raw talent. You have to consistently work on your craft and become better. But you have all the talent in the world, but you're just sitting there not doing anything. You're not going to book work. So, amanda, I would love if you could give the people watching an example of when you were consistent and how that was really the key to you making progress.

Speaker 1:

For sure. I mean. Consistency is definitely key for success because it links to motivation and dedication and perseverance, because you also find your passion within it and discover your capabilities and abilities. What my consistency did for me earlier on in my career was get me an agent, connect with casting directors and book work. That was impactful and fun, and I cultivated so many relationships since then, and so consistency allowed me to show up for myself every single day as the artist or person that I wanted to be.

Speaker 1:

That goal that I set out for that was like three, six or even a year, a month, a year out, and so that consistency showed up when I was referred by a casting director to an agency and my first agency, I met them. They were amazing BMG models and guess what? They booked me, they hired me as a client, and after that I still didn't stop. I didn't stop just going, okay, I'm done, I've got an agent. Now I'm good, I'm going to just wave at a phone, I'll get that email. No, I continue to work, I continue to go. Oh, now I'm represented. So now the roles that I couldn't go out for. And now, ken, here I am and I continued to to connect with casting directors on a different level.

Speaker 1:

I upped it and I made it even more um, like, collaborative, and let them know, like here's what I'm doing, I'm upgrading my craft. And and then I also was consistent with my manager and agent at the time. It was, you know, hey, I met so-and-so. They said this about my performance. Just letting you know, if you see something come across your computer today, pitch me, just say hey, I met them at like one-on-one or actors connection. That is a great thing. That shows that you're not just waiting by the phone. Yes, we're all talented, we're all gifted, we all have that.

Speaker 1:

But what are you going to do with it? That's the difference between someone who's successful and someone who keeps dreaming. You can dream, but you got to put action to it, you got to put goals to it, you have to put energy into it, otherwise you'll just be sitting there daydreaming all day, living in this fantastical world, while you're doing the things that don't bring you joy. And then eventually, what happens? Your dream starts to go and slip away. You go, oh, I could have, should have, would have, I could have, I can't now.

Speaker 1:

And so all the dialogue within you starts to change. And then your lack of motivation, unless you're willing to go. I need to step up, right. What are you not doing? What can I do? How can I get there? Yes, that's what I would say. So that has the consistency throughout the beginning of my career and even now. That changes with every level too. Just know that with every level that you upgrade to and get to, it changes. So there's new things that you got to learn, new tools that you have to implement, and you got to show up even better than what you were yesterday, and that's a very vulnerable place to be in as well. So just the consistency of, and that desire of, wanting that life for yourself and living it more than just dreaming it.

Speaker 2:

Yes, it's so true, I love that. And there are many people that feel overwhelmed by the idea of getting an agent and you prove that it just came down to just being consistent and eventually you did get one. You didn't try once or twice and then gave up. It's not going to work for anything you do. I mean, we work in the entertainment industry and Amanda came from the corporate world. Hello, howard, hello. So I mean for fashion entertainment.

Speaker 2:

I found for myself that there are basically three buckets that I need to be consistent with. There's craft. Whether you're a model, actor, singer, makeup artist, photographer, whatever, I don't care what you do. You can be a lawyer there's a craft to what you're doing and you need to be good at it and you need to consistently work at it. Then the second bucket is the biz. So, whatever that means to you as an actor, we know the business side of things we need to do and I'll tell you from coaching a lot of people and from talking to myself here, that usually is what follows through the cracks, because we love crafting things. But then they're like oh, I got to reach out and network. Amanda knows I'm working on this. I got to network with people and I got to make sure everything is up to date and I'm consistently applying to auditions. Some of the clients I work with they weren't getting auditions. I was like, when was the last time were you on the sites like applying? I spent two months and I just you know and you'll find your groove, but it could even just be every week. It doesn't have to be every day, but you do need to find a consistent plan.

Speaker 2:

And then the third bucket is really taking care of yourself physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and what Amanda's great at is teaching you really your authenticity. You have to be consistent with that pursuit, the pursuit of self. Those are the three buckets. So for everybody that's joining we're talking about we all know the importance of consistency but a lot of times, well, why am I not consistent? Y'all know what you're supposed to be doing. You know all of you know what you're supposed to do. Or, if you don't know, you know who to ask. You can something, you can ask people. But there's usually four reasons why you're not consistent. One you don't have a strong enough why you want to do the things that you want to do. Okay, you want to be an actor, but what's, what's your why behind that. You know, howard, what are some things that you are good at being consistent at and some things you're not being good at the consistency. Let Let us know. But yeah, so really define your why.

Speaker 2:

Amanda and I help our clients do that, because that can be quite the process. It takes a little longer than you would think to really pinpoint it and make a very strong. It's almost like a mission statement or like a tagline that you have to make for yourself so you can pull it up at any moment. Habits If habits are overwhelming you and I'll get more into that later but then your habits are too big, they're taking up too much time, too much space. You're not ready for it. You have to break down your habits smaller until you can actually handle them. You're trying to do it alone.

Speaker 2:

I was just speaking to Amanda today that I have to have an accountability partner to stay consistent. I have a coach. I have Amanda. I care about her, I love her. I'm going to show up consistently for this podcast and what we're doing because we believe in it. We know our why, but without that I'm just flying solo. I'm like, oh, you know. So having accountability is helpful and you're not getting results as fast as you would like, and that still comes back to your why. But you got to know it's not going to happen overnight. So, amanda, after we talk about this part, we're going to get into the how to become more consistent. But could you share how? Like you know, you found in your awareness like, oh, that's what's making me lack consistency. I would love to know more about that. When you found what it was?

Speaker 1:

Absolutely so, and I've worked with clients on this as well. Recently this has come up for them. The perfectionism, the imposter syndrome and the fear those are the three things that have been coming up that I've also dealt with that have stopped me from being consistent. It was a fear of many different things. It was the fear of failure. It was also the fear of success. It was a fear of success was. What does that mean for me? Right? How does that feel? What am I going to do? How long is it going to last? Right, so that was a fear of success, but it was also a fear of failure. Because what if I mess up and I make a mistake? Then no one's going to accept me, I'm never going to get back up, or all of that, right. And then this and then another one is the imposter syndrome.

Speaker 1:

I don't belong in those rooms. I don't belong doing that Like. What gives me the right to be an actor? Because no one in my family or in my immediate connections are in the industry? Right, I don't. I'm not a nepo child, right? So I don't have anybody showing me how to do this. So what gives me the right to be able to be like an actor or a lawyer or a doctor or a painter or a musician? Who gave me? Who gives you the right to do that, right? So that's the imposter syndrome of and then I don't belong because I don't sound like that person, I don't look like that person. They're going to find me out, so I'd rather not go and show up because they're going to know that I don't belong here, so I'd rather not be there.

Speaker 1:

And guess what? You miss out on opportunities, you miss out on adventure, you miss out on experiences, experiences. And then the uh, I said, fear, imposter syndrome. And then I lost my third one. It'll come back. Uh, it'll come back, but so far those two are like, really important. And then, oh, and just like, oh, wow, I've really lost the third one. It'll come back. Was anybody paying attention? Did I say the three? You could drop it down because I was really focused and honed on the fear and the imposter syndrome.

Speaker 1:

And definitely I agree with Janelle as far as accountability, because, oh, and start comparing our life and our results to others and we don't know what's happening behind closed doors, we don't know how much sweat, tears and blood went into them and their success. We're just making assumptions that, oh, they got it so easy, oh, they got it so easy, you don't know. So stop assuming and stop putting your energy in things that are not serving your consistency, your motivation, your why right? Because that's going to distract you as well. It's also going to demotivate you. It's going to bring you in a mindset where you feel like you're not enough, that you don't again, you don't belong, that you're not enough, that you're fearful, that you're, that you don't belong there. All of that's going to come up. All of that.

Speaker 1:

And then, with the consistency is like. Then it comes the mindset of can I keep up with myself? Yes, because you are a creative being, you are creator, therefore you can. You were created, therefore you can. You can create, okay, and that's the truth. And when you recognize that within yourself, then you give yourself the liberation of going. I have so many amazing ideas and I can do it and I'll be consistent, hey, mel, and I'll be consistent with it.

Speaker 1:

And all of that in, in, within my work and working with people, is the inner dialogue, that inner voice. What is it telling you? What is it not telling you? Is it supporting you? And is that voice actually yours? That's the real question too, like is that voice actually yours, or is it your parents? Or that boyfriend that broke up with you? That girl, your best friend in high school that used to be competitive with you and go oh, your hair is too nappy, or whatever? Whose voice is it Whose voice? And that's something. That's when awareness comes in. That's when, and when you're aware of that, you can start structuring your everyday goals and daily activities to be consistent, because you'll be aware of those things and you'll know when they come up for you, when the third one comes back. I'll definitely say it again, but that's my two cents.

Speaker 2:

That's my two cents. Two cents, all $10 million. She's got the knowledge. Everybody Pay attention, everybody that's just joining. We're moving on to our third point here.

Speaker 2:

But the first thing we talked about is how consistency is the key to anything you want to do. If you have the desire, the dream is within reach, but you just have to show up for yourself daily. I talked about the three buckets, at least for fashion entertainment. That's working on your craft, that's taking care of your whole being, like mental, emotional, spiritual, physical health, finding your inner authentic voice, which Amanda's really amazing with. And lastly, the biz, which y'all drop, which I dropped too, it's okay.

Speaker 2:

And we talked about what causes consistent inconsistency not knowing your why, not having a good tagline for your life, not, you know, making the habits too big, not following through the habits because they're too overwhelming, trying to do it alone. You need an accountability partner and not getting results fast enough, so you quit. But if you say you shouldn't quit, okay, I'm not a singer. So, lastly, how to become more consistent. Cool, janelle, we know what causes it. But now what do I do? So for me, I do multiple things. I don't know. I call my brother on the phone. My brother's amazing and he has autism and he's like literally the reason I'm a nice person and have so much drive and anybody's lucky to be around him. But sometimes I can just get so clouded and maybe that's some of you. You just get so clouded like you're just working so hard in whatever you're going for and it just feels like there's no light coming in and then you just want to give up and you forget why you're here, why you started. And so, for me, calling my brother helps me as I'm like oh, there it is, there's my strength, there's my light. That's why I am who I am. I'm so grateful for him and I'm going to keep going because I can do anything I want in this world and society tries to limit him, but I'm going to be a voice for him and I'm going to be out there and be the storyteller that I know, that I am Okay, but you find the why for yourself. So for me, calling the brother, um, making your habits very small. And hi, teresa, making your habits very small.

Speaker 2:

And I listened to this podcast where somebody wanted to go to the gym and they went to the gym every day for just five minutes. They didn't even work out. They would drive to the gym, make sure they showed up and then they would leave and they just kept coming back because they were just trying to build a habit of actually going to the gym. Then, a month later, they went to the gym and they started working out for 10 minutes and they kept doing that every day until that became natural. And so I don't want anyone to ever feel intimidated or feel bad that you can't do something for very long, like meditation. I can't do it for very long still. No, I can't. That's okay.

Speaker 2:

It's just breaking down your habits even smaller. Don't quit your habits. Break them down smaller so that you can handle them better. Don't give up on yourself. Don't be like, oh, I should be here because I'm always doing that, Like all the shame. Like, oh, janelle, you should be like everybody else and just perfect at everything. I don't know these narratives we have right. So I break down my habits even smaller.

Speaker 2:

Whenever you know I notice I'm not keeping up with them, I'm like, okay, I'm just going to do it for one minute. I'm just going to do it for one minute. I'm going to apply to jobs for one minute. Today I'm going to even set a timer. And then, speaking of setting timers, something else I use is Toggle T-O-G-G-L-E. It's an app and it has the Pomodoro technique. You only do a task for 20 minutes. You're like I'm just going in for 20 minutes and then I get a break. And then I also like we talked about awareness If I'm really having a hard time showing up with my habits and being consistent, I have a conversation asking myself what's the root of this? What am I afraid of? Why isn't this working anymore? What do I need to change? And sometimes you just got to switch it up and have fun. So, like today, I was getting like I was all over the place trying to stay focused on work. I put on some rock music. I love like rock music from like the beginning of time up until probably like 2011.

Speaker 1:

And I just put it on.

Speaker 2:

I'm like, well, you know, like I've been working on my electric guitar, I'm going to be a rock star man and it just like brought the energy up in me and I listened to music for five minutes and then I was back at it. So that was a lot. But I just like struggle with consistency, probably more than a lot of people, because I have ADHD. Genuinely I'm not like, oh my God, I'm ADD, like I was diagnosed when I was seven and it can like have a lot of shame around that, like, oh, I'm not good enough. School, I never felt good enough. Oh, you can't keep up. Literally, a teacher didn't let me go to recess every day in kindergarten because she said I was a bad student because I couldn't pay attention, but I just learned differently.

Speaker 2:

So for anybody that feels like you have struggled with consistency like I definitely do, and I'm making my dreams come true and you can't avoid them, I am Brett. Oh my God, brett, I have to get it. Oh my God, brett's amazing at the guitar. Okay, amanda, tell me what you do to help with your issues with consistency. How do you stay on track?

Speaker 1:

So, yeah, there are a few things and all that. I do a version of that for myself and what I will say is be open to different versions of finding how to be consistent and if it doesn't work out the first time, that's okay. Try something different, tweak it, you know, change it up a bit and find what you feel joy in doing. Or you have to find the joy in these small habits and these activities because that's going to shift your energetic connection with it and you're going to now like all right, well, you know, like she said, one minute I'm going to focus on. I mean, for like 10 minutes I'm going to focus on applying for jobs or fixing my resume or applying, you know, editing my headshot, whatever it is, but just do those 10 minutes and then do that timer. So that's one of the ways that I've definitely worked with it, with being consistent. And then, one of the things that I struggled with for a really long time is perfectionism, and that was one of the three things which is imposter syndrome, fear and perfectionism is that because I had this mindset of being so perfect and doing it, I would hold on to the work and never share it with people, and that I've seen throughout what my clients are dealing with currently is that it has to be perfect. No one's going to accept it. If there's like, no, it's just not, I don't have the right concept, or whatever it is, then it's never going to be perfect. You're never going to put it out there. But here's the thing you can always get better, you can always change it, you can always redo it, but putting it out there puts the energy out to the universe or whoever you believe in, to go. I'm ready and think about any artist out there, a musician, a painter, a contractor, like any person out there. When they first start, it's never perfect. And if they said it's perfect, they're probably lying. I'm sorry they did. They did some stuff at home and showed it, or like they tried. No, absolutely not, you know. So it took them time to get to the level that they are now. In order to be the level that you want and upgrade to, you have to start somewhere. You have to start somewhere. And so that perfectionist idea really I struggled with it because I held on to a lot of things. I didn't want to give the work to other people. I controlled a lot of it and then a lot of things just fell through the cracks. A lot of it fell through the cracks. So what I do now is I'm honest with my weaknesses and my strengths and, especially in the past three years, my weaknesses and my strengths. And when I did that, I was able to go okay. This is a weakness of mine. Who can I connect with? I was able to go. Okay, this is a weakness of mine. Who can I connect with? Who can I talk to? Or where could I go to learn how to do this better or get help from someone else?

Speaker 1:

Just because you're asking for help from someone else does not mean you're incapable, does not mean that it's a vulnerable place to be in. It's actually more. It's stronger and shows your strength to admit that you need help. And especially being Black and Puerto Rican and especially with that culture, is like you don't ask for help, you do it yourself, you get over it and you move on. Totally understand that concept and that feeling and that cultural pressure.

Speaker 1:

So that was one thing that I've worked on and because I did and I was able to work with Janelle, who's an amazing, amazing coach, especially with career mindset she's really good at that. She's going to make you make some thousands of six figures, honey, because she's already making six figures. Right, I was able to show up for her in a way that was compatible. I would tell her, like listen, this is not. I'm not so good in this area, are you? Okay? Let's figure it out together. We will set goals, we will have weekly meetings. So we showed up for each other and then she also, her and I were accountable for each other. And so those are the things is like again accountability department, accountability partner finding where your strengths and weaknesses are and how you can make them your strengths, like your weaknesses your strength, or improve them or ask for help.

Speaker 1:

Another way is and I love the idea of setting a timer what I like to do, especially when I'm at my desk. I put my tea by the wall, so I have to. If I need to refill my teacup, I have to get up or I'll put my water so I can physically get up. Take a break, because when I was in the corporate world, my gosh, my coworker used to make fun of me because I would sit at my desk from like nine to 12, one o'clock, two o'clock grab lunch, come back, eat at my desk, and what happened is I started like literally getting tense within my body. I started putting pressure and my focus started going and so it took away from my productivity and from my joy and attention span to the actual work, and also it allowed. When you step away, you're refreshing your mind a bit. You're refreshing it. You're kind of like restarting it, like putting the gas in the pedal to create new gas. Right, and I said all right, and also that mindset, right is that.

Speaker 1:

And then another thing for me is I choose what days to work on what things. I do not try to do everything in one day. I choose what days to work on what things. I do not try to do everything in one day. Before I used to do that. I'm going to do everything. I'm going to do two hours here, then three hours here, then four hours here. Cannot do everything in one day, right.

Speaker 1:

So I plan out like one day I make sure that's my business day, that I'm going to do all my business meetings, and then I'll make space for, like, acting stuff. Acting is every day. There are certain things that are going to be for every day. Of course that's your top tier career and focus. Right, it's going to be every day, but you do it in portions One hour here, two hours there and put it on your calendar. Whatever that toggle app is amazing, put it on your calendar. A reminder on your phone, whatever it is a post-it, put it on the mirror or whatever. Put it in the mirror or whatever.

Speaker 1:

And so I plan out days. So I do two days for coaching, another two days for acting. I got classes on specific days. So I space it out so that I can show up for myself in every section and also show up for the people that I'm working with and collaborating with. And then I give myself space so that, if anything does come up, I won't stress, I go okay, I'll just push it to another day. I can focus on that or I can rearrange it. I won't stress, I'll go okay, I'll just push it to another day. I can focus on that or I can rearrange it. I can make it happen, I'll make it work. But because I've already thought about my week, checking in that Sunday, that week of what I'm doing however, your week is starting right. If you started Monday, set that plan on Sunday, sit down and go okay, what do I have coming up for the week and that has helped me tremendously with being consistent.

Speaker 1:

Of course, don't get me wrong I definitely fall through the cracks. Sometimes it happens. We all get overwhelmed. Things happen, unexpected things, but when you have certain things, a certain habit, it'll come back. We have some things here from Blueprint. Seeing close friends and family members be consistent and achieve has motivated me like no other. But I know plenty of people don't have that kind of influence in their life Absolutely. And that's where you have us. That's why you have a mindset community, mindset artistry community. We have so many people ask us will we refer you to a community or teach you or encourage you to find that community for yourself? Absolutely. I've just worked with a client who's looking to find a community that's in her field. There are so many different ways to find that community. And then we have Howard. You have to give yourself permission to handle business at a pace where you don't get burned out Absolutely. Now you can definitely speak to that as well.

Speaker 2:

Oh, yeah, yeah, oh, yes, I've hurt myself from not taking that. That's why I said I had to learn those three buckets and I now try to do like the self-care physical, emotional, mental, spiritual health first, especially because two months ago I ended up getting a back herniation and it's because I kept ignoring taking care of certain things. Oh, you know, I'd had pain for three years and I kept ignoring taking care of certain things. Oh, you know, I'd had pain for three years and I kept screeching by, I kept being like, oh, I could fix it with a little acupuncture, and I did. And I and my body kept being like I don't know, you need to rest, this is a problem. And I was like, ooh, and I noticed that myself, like I was really mad when this happened, like big time, and I couldn't walk for a couple of weeks. But then I was grateful because I was like, look like, you know, it's like when you steal a cookie from the cookie jar and you're like, ooh, I'm getting away with it, then you still two or three or four or five, and before you know it, yeah, you're getting away with it, but then you end up with a stomach ache. So it will catch up with you eventually and you don't want it to catch up and you don't want it to catch up, you want to get ahead of it. You want to be like okay, I hear you, I feel you body. Okay, I need to take a break. So thank you for bringing up that. Howard and Melissa, you needed to hear this today. I need to hear it every day and it's so amazing. It's such a great conversation. We appreciate everybody jumping on and giving us your thoughts and and and where you're at with it. And you do have to have some pretty wild, like blind, faith to stay consistent. You have to trust that every day, doing a little bit does matter, and it can be hard. Hi, enrique, how are you doing? Enrique is an amazing photographer. He's lovely and lovely human being and it can be very hard, I don't know.

Speaker 2:

When I was younger, I feel like I think you have to be like a little insane to keep going Because you can't see the success, sometimes for a while. But that's why you have to pay attention to just like the little things, like oh look, that's working out, or finding your different signs. You know, I always say that familiar face in an unusual place shows me that I'm on the right path, like that's kind of been my thing. Or I'll see like little stars, sometimes like a sticker or a piece of glitter star on the road, like so it's kind of fun. Whatever you believe in and you believe in the universe and whatever that means to you, you'll start noticing that things that mean something to you and your guides, that around you they'll plant things like just keep going. And also, like Amanda will tell you, listen to your inner voice. That shows you, like just keep checking in with yourself. Is this something that I want to keep pursuing, that I must keep showing up? But we had to go here and we love you guys so much.

Speaker 2:

But, like I said in my post, I was talking about driving. Y'all want to go on vacation. You wouldn't drive five miles one day and be like, oh well, you know stopping, and then maybe the next day driving 30 miles and then, you know, just pulling over to the side of the road for four months. Yes, feathers, I see feathers too. I love feathers, yes, and you know when you're on your way, driving in your car to a destination, like you know it's there. Of course, you can see it on the map, but we can all see on the map what we want Like. We all see like actors doing the job that we want to do. So we see it, which means we can get there. But the longer you stop, so Amanda will say like she's, like you know, checking in with yourself. Today is a good day and I'm going to be able to go for eight hours and the next day don't expect that of yourself you can go for it. But if you feel like today's a 10 minute day, that's fine too. So thank you everybody for joining. We're going to quickly go over what we have to offer before we jump off of here.

Speaker 2:

But I'm a career and mindset coach for people in the fashion entertainment industry. I started 15 years ago, but only the past seven or eight years I have been making six figures, working as a model, actor, host and producer, and that came out of consistency was not that way 15 years ago. I was living on couches and I think I made like $600 a month. I started meeting people that were working full time and I started hanging out with them and asking them questions, and they all came down to consistency. I made the list of what I was and wasn't doing. I like to play a game with myself. I'm like I'll give it one more year because I'm dramatic. And then I started showing up consistently, hitting all those things that I wrote down, and I haven't looked back since. And that doesn't mean that there's lows sometimes, but then you go up high and that's just the nature of the industry and I think if you're an actor, I look at it as like a marriage, like a long-term, long-term relationship. I'm in here for it. The highs, the lows. I'm not going anywhere and that's where, really, when things start to show up for you.

Speaker 2:

So if you want coaching, I can help you out. You just send me a message. The first session is free. It's an hour. We set action steps for you, we work through some questions and then you guys are awesomely, positively great. Thanks for your thoughts. Of course, howard, we love you. Keep going, you're amazing. But in the free session we work through some questions and then I make sure you leave with action steps for the week as well as what to prioritize it for three months, completely free. So hit me up and, amanda, what do you got?

Speaker 1:

Yes, I just want to say like two things in this process of being consistent, make sure you celebrate the little ones, the little wins. Make sure you're paying attention and having that awareness about celebrating yourself, even though you may not have people around you during this journey celebrating you. So why not celebrate yourself? A lot of times? You won't. You'll be doing this journey alone, alone, for sure. So take the moment and pause and celebrate even the littlest of wins, for sure. And then you know and speaking to what Nell said about sometimes you're doing eight hours one day and then you can only do four Always try to do your best, but pay attention to what your body and mind can do in the moment and find the breaks in between, and that's absolutely OK. Give yourself that leniency, give yourself that grace, okay. So I just wanted to leave that with you, because you're capable of doing everything and you're great and you have a community here. Janelle is absolutely amazing with setting goals and helping with your career and your mindset. If you're really looking to make six figures, definitely, definitely work with Janelle because she'll get you there. And so I work with clients who are struggling with self-authenticity and prosperity, as well as their inner voice and their inner truth and allowing them to live that and live boldly. And also being present, because sometimes we get so caught up in the past, so caught up in the future, but we forget the importance of being present in the moment, with ourselves, with our career, with our lives. And so that's where I focus on, so that you can show up every single moment of your life and it changes but show up every single moment of your life to be the best version of yourself that you desire to be right, that career that you see 10 years from now, or that house, or I want to book that job on that TV show. You have to also work on the internal. As Nell likes to say, if you don't work on the vertical, you have to also work on the horizontal right. If you only work on one, you have to work on the other, and so that's that cross section that you have to pay attention to. That's the middle part that matters. And so I also have a free course online Five Essentials to Combating Daily Stress. It's absolutely free. The videos are less than an hour. Go for it. You get five really amazing tools that you can incorporate today that will help you overcome any challenge, and I have my roster open right now.

Speaker 1:

The first session, like Janelle, is also free. It's 45 minutes to an hour and we just talk. This is a safe space for you to be, to talk it out, to express yourself and create clarity in the chaos that's currently happening in the world right, sometimes we don't know our own voice because there's so many people throwing theirs at us and we're dodging and like I can't breathe. There's too much. You got to show up, so I help you with that. That is my specialty because in there, done that, know what it's like. So I'm going to give you the tools to show up for yourself and show out and live boldly and authentically yourself so that you can accomplish anything and walk in that room going. I belong, even though you may not believe it, I do and it doesn't matter because I love myself. So yes, so DM me or go to my site and fill out my survey and then you'll get a free complimentary session.

Speaker 2:

Outside to ask questions, because we ask questions that you're afraid to ask yourself. Oh yeah, it's true, I love that, especially when my coach asks me a question that I like kind of knew was in there, or maybe they phrase it a certain way and I'm like, yeah, it's helpful. I like that. Anyway, we love you all. So we're here Wednesdays and Sundays, so we'll be back with Amanda on Sunday at 11am and, if you didn't know, you could get more of us on Spotify and YouTube. If you look up the Mindset Artistry Podcast and YouTube channel and please like, send us messages. Let us know what you want us to cover and talk about. We're here for you and that's about it. Anything else, amanda, no, I think you nailed it.

Speaker 1:

Just, we want to know what you want help with with. Yeah, we don't know if you're not telling us so. Is there a specific topic you want to talk about or you want us to explore? And let us know. Drop it in a comment. Send us a direct message. Look at me being all built. Direct message instead of a dm. Send me a direct message and just let us know.

Speaker 1:

Because we created this mindset community and mindset artistry community for you. We understand the value of not having that support system If we don't have friends and family or even in your close connections. We're going to support your wildest dreams. We're here for that and we're going to help you and guide you through the chaos, because you already have the answer within you. Sometimes we get so clouded and so overwhelmed that we kind of dismiss it, we bury it, we ignore it. So this is what we created this community for, because we've done it for each other, we've done it for our friends and for our family and we understand the value of having that, and so that's why we created this podcast in this community. So again, check us out on youtube, and we also have guests on the podcast that have specialty in other avenues and other uh healing processes and if you want a specific guest, let us know. Drop in a guest that you want us to reach out to and we can reach out to them and get them on our podcast. We'll get them.

Speaker 2:

We'll get them. We will. Oh yeah, all right, guys. Hope you have a great week. We'll see you Sunday. See ya, bye.

Speaker 1:
